Is hair included in the price ?

Some of our prices include hair. We also have hair available for purchase  in our salon if needed. The price shown is the starting price for each style.

Prices shown are starting prices. Why would the price go up ?

Prices may vary depending on the length and / or size of the hairstyle you choose. There may also be an additional charge for extremely short hair.

Do I need to wash my hair prior to my appointment ?

It is best to get braids on a clean head. We can wash and blow dry your hair for an additional fee of $10 or you can wash your hair prior to your appointment. If you choose to do so please make sure we can easily pass a comb through.

Does my appointment require a deposit ?

A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will be applied towards your cost of services on the day of your appointment.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment ?

Just click the link in your confirmation email to change your appointment date and/or time. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away please call us at 713-995-5676.

Does your salon take walk ins ?

We do take walk-ins, but it is based on space and our stylist’s availability. We recommend booking your appointment in advance.

Will I have two braiders working on my hair ?

We typically try to have 2 braiders on a head so that we can cut down the time of your service but it is not guaranteed. If you do not wish to have two braiders working on your hair that’s fine! Just let us know.

May I bring my children with me ?

Yes, we love children! However, in consideration of other guests, we request that children be attended to by an adult (who is not receiving services) at all times. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful experience for all of our clients.

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
