It was a walk-in and not an appointment that was scheduled. I had to wait about two hours before sitting in the seat to get my hair done. I did not like how there were conversations going on that did not involve trying to get to know me. I feel like if you see that you have a new client you would want to know more about that person, and also there was a misunderstanding about the price. One last thing is that I was just a little confused on who was going to do my hair because there was one person who started on it but then that person went to help the owner do someone else hair and didn’t let me know. I was just pretty much sitting there waiting there. I feel that you have to communicate with the client to let them know. “I’m going go help her.”Do you mind waiting? You know in that aspect. Other than the style was spot-on and how they matched the picture was immaculate. I was impressed. Lastly, if you don’t have healthy thick hair that is being cared for; for instance if you have very short or hair is missing in some spots you might not want to come. The braiding is very close to scalp. I actually enjoy very close braiding. It helps with hair growth. The place is clean and love the decor.
