I was there today for a touch up and they did an amazing job.
My braids look very great. Everyone was so nice. This is my new braid salon.
It was a walk-in and not an appointment that was scheduled. I had to wait about two hours before sitting in the seat to get my hair done. I did not like how there were conversations going on that did not involve trying to get to know me. I feel like if you see that you have a new client you would want to know more about that person, and also there was a misunderstanding about the price. One last thing is that I was just a little confused on who was going to do my hair because there was one person who started on it but then that person went to help the owner do someone else hair and didn’t let me know. I was just pretty much sitting there waiting there. I feel that you have to communicate with the client to let them know. “I’m going go help her.”Do you mind waiting? You know in that aspect. Other than the style was spot-on and how they matched the picture was immaculate. I was impressed. Lastly, if you don’t have healthy thick hair that is being cared for; for instance if you have very short or hair is missing in some spots you might not want to come. The braiding is very close to scalp. I actually enjoy very close braiding. It helps with hair growth. The place is clean and love the decor.
The atmosphere is absolutely delightful and welcoming. I was thoroughly pleased with the top-notch customer service. More importantly, the way they styled my hair was nothing short of professional, and they were incredibly swift at it too. The quickest service I’ve ever experienced. I’m definitely planning on a return visit.
Stepping into the salon, I felt an immediate sense of cleanliness and tranquility. The atmosphere was pure perfection. Their prices had this honest and fair vibe – what they told me over the phone didn’t switch up when I strolled through their doors or during the service. Not like some spots that get all shady with their price tag, switching up mid-service. Oh, and let’s not forget the stellar job they did on my baby girl’s hair – absolutely flawless!
They did an excellent job on my hair. I have been coming here for 6 years and they never disappoint. I’ve always gotten treated with respect. I highly recommend this place.
